Gillian was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area and had a strong interest in real estate at an early age.  Her business-savvy mindset and passion for real estate are what make her a great success in her field.  When she began her career, Gillian sold her first property within one week and her second before it even made it onto the MLS system. She gains tremendous satisfaction from helping buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals.

Gillian studied at the University of Guelph and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing; Honours Program.  She recognized that this education would be the perfect complement to her successful real estate career.  Following graduation, Gillian ventured out to Western Canada and accepted a position for a top real estate team based out of Calgary.  The team continuously achieved excellence working with properties ranging from $200,000 to over $5 million.

Eventually, Gillian had a desire to return to her Toronto roots.  Her drive to succeed led her to fantastic opportunities.  She was offered the opportunity to host a program on HGTV with her husband. This thirteen episode series followed the couple as they purchased and renovated a home in Toronto.  Never one to sit still, Gillian successfully flipped the home for 100% of asking price in less than one week.
